This RFI seeks industry comments, questions, and feedback to identify potential and eligible vendors capable of providing specific fiber optic equipment: P/N: 4091AS0168-1 (Connector Repair), P/N: 4091AS0166-1 (Insertion Loss Test Set), and P/N: 4091AS0270-1 (Inspect and Clean Test Set). The information gathered will inform future procurement decisions.

Submission Requirements

Interested businesses, particularly small businesses, should provide information including previous efforts and related data. Responses must include company name, address, CAGE code, point of contact name and email/phone, and company business size. Respondents may also provide Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM) for currently available products or capabilities.
