Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotations with pricing for all individual line items specified in the Bill of Materials (Attachment 1). Evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated price of a quote meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors, ensuring the price is fair and reasonable (FAR 12.204). Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days.
