Key Clarifications & Submission Impact
- Pricing: Offerors must use Attachment 5 - Pricing Matrix exclusively for pricing details. Section B pricing refers to this attachment.
- CLIN Costs: Costs for PMO, engineering support, and CDRL preparation are to be absorbed within the firm-fixed prices for CLINs 0001 and 0002.
- Travel Pricing (CLIN 0003): The point of origin for travel will be the Contractor's location, with specific exceptions for Ramstein and AFRICOM as detailed in Attachment 6.
