The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking Field Service Representative (FSR) support to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair M2A2 Bradley ODS Fire Control System components, electrical components, and ancillary equipment for the Croatia Bradley Program. The objective is to ensure the equipment is serviceable and ready for installation in vehicles. This requirement will be placed on the existing subsumable indefinite delivery requirements type contract (SPRRA2-23-D-0015).

• Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of M2A2 Bradley ODS Fire Control System components.

• Serviceability and readiness of electrical components and ancillary equipment.

• Detailed information on repair item candidates and potential quantities is available in Attachment 0001, Attachment 0002, and Attachment 0003.

• This RFQ is for support to be placed on the existing contract SPRRA2-23-D-0015.

• Interested parties must indicate their intention to provide a quotation in writing within five (5) business days.

• Quotations must be submitted before 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), April 9, 2026.

• Quotations must be in full compliance with the RFQ instructions.

• Quotations shall remain valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days.

• Quotations must identify and address all actual or potential Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCIs) or state none exist. Mitigation plans are required if OCIs are identified.

• All communications must be submitted in writing directly to the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist identified in the RFQ.

• No assumptions, terms, conditions, caveats, or exceptions will be accepted or incorporated into the basic contract; these must be addressed during the question-and-answer period.

• The document references CAGE: 6MD81, Small Business, indicating a potential small business set-aside or consideration.

• JCP Certification is required for Export Controlled Items.

• Offerors represent they will not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government, do not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, and do not provide covered defense telecommunications equipment or services as part of their offered products or services.

• The negotiated contract SPRRA2-25-D-0015 shall govern the Contractor's and Government's rights and obligations.

• This RFQ is not an authorization to start work.

• Technical data export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and Executive Order 12470.

• If another supplier expresses interest after viewing the SAM.gov synopsis, a formal solicitation may be issued.
