  • Grey Water Tanks: 12 units, with 44 services. Services include pumping, cleaning, and stocking units as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must also provide emergency sanitation services, responding within 8 hours for additional cleaning/servicing, relocation of units, or delivery of new units. Relocation of units must also occur within 8 hours of notification.

All equipment must be operational by 2100 the day prior to scheduled training. Equipment failures must be repaired within 24 hours. Portable toilets and hand washing stations require servicing every other day. Performance will be evaluated against standards in the PWS, with an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 100% for all services. Contractor employees must comply with installation regulations, carry proper identification, and safeguard Government property.
