Submission Requirements

Additional Notes
This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) statute (formerly SCA), with the applicable DOL Wage Determination being WD No. 2015-4281 (Arlington, VA / Fairfax / Alexandria locality). Offerors must identify SCLS-covered labor categories and ensure pricing reflects minimum wage and fringe benefits. Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided as needed.
