Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This task order aims to facilitate an intake meeting and site visit to the NMMC Museum Support Facility (MSF) to establish a schedule for photographing forty (40) works of art. Following the agreement on a schedule, the vendor will photograph the artworks and deliver all required digital files to the NMMC Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).

• Site Visit & Intake Meeting: Conduct a site visit at the NMMC MSF within 25 days of task order award, including an intake meeting with the TPOC to discuss the photography schedule. This task is expected to take no more than 4 hours.

• Photography: Photograph 40 works of art as specified in the PWS. Provide one 4"x5" proof print of each digital file.

• Digital File Delivery: Transmit all digital files to the TPOC via Dropbox. Include all images on an external hard drive after photography completion for ordering period 1.

• Digital Files: Submit completed digital files via Dropbox within ten (10) working days after the photography session.

• Proof Prints: Deliver printed proofs via mail within thirty (30) days of photography session completion.

• TPOC Review: The TPOC will review digital files for color and clarity within five (5) working days and communicate any issues.

• Overall Completion: All services under this task order must be completed no later than 180 days after the task order award date.

• Site Visit: Within 25 days of task order award.

• Photography: No later than 14 days after the site visit.

• Final Completion: No later than 180 days after task order award.

• Location: NMMC Museum Support Facility (MSF).

• All terms and conditions of the master IDIQ contract M00264-26-D-XXXX and its PWS are incorporated.
