- Collecting and submitting hard card fingerprints, providing cards, and mailing completed cards to DHA Submitting Offices.
- Providing a web registration process for applicants.
- Offering accessible fingerprint collection sites within all 50 United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Allowing DHA access to an electronic portal for viewing/searching applicant information, verifying statuses, and creating reports.
- Developing and maintaining an effective Quality Control (QC) program, with a Quality Control Plan (CDRL A001) due with the proposal.
