  • Disposal of non-rechargeable halon agents. All maintenance and recharging must be performed by certified personnel. Performance will be evaluated via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) with 100% Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for key maintenance activities.

  • A price proposal with firm-fixed-prices for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the base year and all option years, using the provided pricing sheet (Exhibit 1). Proposals must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact. The Government intends to award without discussion, so offerors should submit their best quote and prices initially. Electronic documents must be viewable and less than 10MB total.

Evaluation Criteria

Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Capability and Price, which are of equal importance. Past Performance will be considered in the event of a tie.
