Scope of Work

Based on the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the contractor shall:

  • Conduct one complete Hazardous Materials: Technician course with at least 50 instructional hours for up to 14 students.
  • Deliver the course on-site at Whiteman AFB.
  • Target Dates: August 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (final schedule to be coordinated).
  • Utilize fully certified and qualified instructors.
  • Supply 14 complete and current student textbook packages.
  • Provide sign-in rosters, course outlines, and training schedules to the unit POC.
  • Administer testing meeting accredited standards (e.g., Pro-Board, IFSAC), process documentation with accrediting agencies, and issue certificates.
  • Submit a final report detailing course completion and certification status within 14 days.

Capabilities Required

Potential sources must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment required to accomplish the HMT Course.
