Scope of Work
The contractor will perform preliminary disassembly, inspection, and overhaul services for the specified centrifugal pump units. Key requirements include:

- Modifications: Conversion of packing glands to a mechanical seal assembly (Chesterton P/N 442-17 SPK 678344) and installation of an abrasive separator (John Crane P/N 8109513) if missing.
- Drive Motor: Exchange if overhaul cost exceeds 70% of a new motor's replacement cost; otherwise, recondition to like-new condition.
- Testing: Comprehensive rotational, hydrostatic (150% of max working pressure), and performance tests (meeting or exceeding manufacturer's flow curve within 5% tolerance) are required.
- Painting: Removal of existing paint and application of new primer and finish coats per MIL-SPEC and AMS standards.
