Scope of Work

The Period of Performance is a base year from June 15, 2026, to June 14, 2027, with four additional 12-month option years. The Place of Performance is the contractor's facility, with inspection and acceptance occurring in Lansing, Michigan. Offerors must comply with NIST SP 800-171 by submitting a self-assessment on safeguarding covered defense information via PIEE/SPRS, valid within the last three years. An active SAM.gov registration is mandatory at the time of award and throughout the contract duration. Joint ventures have specific representation requirements.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on Best Value to the Government, considering price, past performance, and technical approach. Technical capability (experience with relevant/similar contracts) and technical approach will be evaluated as acceptable or unacceptable. All factors are rated approximately equal. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced quote if technical factors provide better value. Negative information on FAPIIS or SPRS within the last three years may lead to quote unacceptability.
