The contractor must provide a 4-year warranty (parts and labor, including certifications) and ensure equipment is delivered calibrated according to OEM specifications. Field service personnel must provide proof of operation via a service report. This is a "Brand Name/Equal" buy, requiring items to meet specified salient characteristics.

Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on three subfactors:

2. Past Performance: Assessment of relevant contracts within the last three years.
3. Price: Evaluation for completeness and reasonableness. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions, unless deemed necessary. All pricing must be all-inclusive (travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes, and all other pertinent costs).
