Submission & Evaluation

Offers will be evaluated based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Required submissions include:

  • Two references for similar work performed within the last two years for Past Performance.
  • Pricing must include total price, overhead, and General & Administrative (G&A) costs. Electronic quotes submitted via email are required. Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(c).
