• Packaging: Adherence to MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-DTL-24466 (green poly bags), MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, Refueling Clean, or Reactor Plant Clean standards. MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies. Fire retardant packaging is no longer required.
• Reporting: Reports of Test and Inspection (ROTI's) are due 40 days prior to delivery. First Article Test Reports are due within 45 days of order date. A Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) is required at material delivery for each unique item.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or non-compliance must include detailed explanations, justifications, and evaluations demonstrating no impact on quality, form, fit, or function.
• Mercury Exclusion: No intentional addition or direct contact of mercury or mercury-containing compounds with hardware/supplies.
