All work must meet hurricane wind load requirements for Monroe County, FL, and comply with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), OSHA, and all applicable codes. Deliverables include manufacturer specifications, shop drawings, a project execution plan, schedule, and a signed compliance statement. A one-year warranty is required.

Contract Details

This is a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Period of Performance requires work to begin within five business days after contract award and be completed within 180 days. The acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 238990 (All Other Nonresidential Building Construction) with a size standard of 500 employees. Payment will be made via MASTERCARD Government Purchase Card, with invoices preferably submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals are due electronically via email to Sonia.m.boppell.civ@mail.mil by June 3, 2026, at 08:00 AM Local Time. Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Technical acceptability requires meeting all PWS specifications, including detailed submittals.
