Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) Flash Point Tester - Setaflash Series 8 C/Cup (Part Number: 82000-2U). This system must be a fully integrated, portable fuel testing laboratory capable of performing multiple aviation fuel quality control tests mandated prior to fuel certification for flight. Key requirements include:
- Compliance with ASTM D7236 and current AFPET approval for USAF Fuels Laboratories.
- Provide results in under 2 minutes using a sample size of 4 ml or less.
- Operating range of at least -30°C to 135°C without external cooling.
- Internal memory for a minimum of 100,000 test results with USB data export.
- Internal barometer for automatic barometric pressure correction.
- Includes specific accessories: Flash Detector, High Temperature Ignitor, Sample Well O-Ring Ekraz, 2 ml Syringe, Serial Printer, Printer Paper, and a Shipping Case.
