Key responsibilities include tracking, scheduling, and documenting all FM training, updating courseware, providing 24/7 support, coordinating training records, and maintaining 33 computer workstations. The program supports initial training (two classes of 10 students per year) and sustainment training.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Contractor personnel must possess in-depth FM knowledge, instructor FM experience, and an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate.
- Experience with Air Operations Center Command and Control (AOC C2) and military instructor aircrew experience is required.
- CMMC Level 2 certification is required for award, with compliance verified via DFARS 252.204-7025. DFARS 252.204-7021 and -7025 are incorporated.
- Potential SECRET clearance for personnel and facilities is required (DD Form 254).
