Scope of Work
The project involves removing approximately 1,350 Sq Ft of existing glue-down flooring, preparing the concrete subfloor, and installing new 100% waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank (medium grey tone) with matching transition strips and dark grey vinyl cove base trim. The contractor must also repair and repaint any wall damage, undercut doors as necessary, and provide four extra boxes of vinyl plank for future repairs. All work is confined to the second floor, interior areas only. The government will assist with moving contents. The subfloor is cement, and door frames are metal. Increasing cove base size is permissible if the wall surface allows, with sheetrock repairs if needed.
