• A firm fixed price quote with proposed delivery schedule.

• Tariffs must be stated and priced separately.

• FOB and Shipping Terms: FOB Destination for domestic shipments; Delivered at Place (DAP) for international shipments. Do not insure shipments.

• Required Documents: A completed and signed copy of the Abbreviated Representations and Certifications (BSD-CS-2260, dated 03/09/2026).
