• License Agreement: All current licenses are active under a single Adobe Enterprise Agreement.
• Requirement Type: This is a renewal of existing subscriptions only; no new licenses or migration services are anticipated.
• Expiration Date: The period of performance, including expiration, is detailed in the solicitation and Vendor Quote Sheet.
• Co-terming: Licenses shall be provided according to the period of performance. Additional licenses acquired during the performance period will be co-termed.
• Quantities: Vendors should quote the quantities specified in the Vendor Quote Sheet; no changes are anticipated.
• Agreement Information: The Adobe VIP number for renewal is 98C3E52CED81EDB6FCDA, as listed on the Vendor Quote Sheet.
• License Administration: Administration will remain within the Government's existing Adobe Admin Console; contractors are not required to manage a new environment.
• Additional Services: No implementation, onboarding, training, or administrative support services are required beyond the license subscriptions.
• Reporting: No additional reporting, license management, or usage tracking is required beyond normal fulfillment.
• Reseller Status: Vendors must be able to provide the licenses. The Government may verify Adobe Authorized Reseller status if necessary.
• Purchase Timing: Vendors should quote current quantities. Future additional requirements would be handled separately.
• Security/Access: No additional security, account management, or access requirements are anticipated.
