Scope of Work
The requirement is for 989 sets of AN/PVS-14 Monocular Assemblies and associated components, including:
- AN/PVS-14 Monocular Assembly
- Carrying Case (Soft)
- Compass Assembly
- Demist Shield Assembly
- Headmount Assembly
- Shipping/Storage Case
- Weapon Mount
- Set of Batteries
- Operator Manual (Commercial Exportable) Additionally, 989 sets of ancillary items such as PASGT Helmet Mount Assembly/Viewer Bracket, Brow Pad, Eye Cup, Demist Shield, Lens Cap, Neck Strap, and Shoulder Strap are required. A spare parts package of 500 Lens Paper, Type I Class I, is also specified. The AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Goggles must not exceed a Figure of Merit (FOM) of 1600.

Submission & Evaluation
Interested parties must submit a brief description of their company, solution, and ability to meet system requirements. Submissions should include:

- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price and availability (P&A) information. Companies must be registered in SAM.gov. Responses are voluntary, and no funds are available for preparation. No feedback or evaluations will be provided.
Special Requirements
The resulting contract is anticipated to be Unclassified. It may require a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) assessment, with a possibility of CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) assessment after November 10, 2026. Compliance with the Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 2533a and 2533b) is required.
