The repair and reconditioning objective is to restore coils to "Like New" operating condition, including external appearance, per NWS specification drawing 1217084 Rev H. This includes replacing worn/damaged parts, using specified hardware, cleaning, painting, and ensuring compliance with electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic specifications. Reconditioned coils must meet a resistance of 2.0 – 2.5 ohms at 20 degrees Celsius. The contractor's facility will be the place of performance, with units shipped to and from the NRC in Grandview, MO.

Response Requirements
