This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for Food Waste Removal and Disposal Services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Victorville.

• Regular Collection: Pick up, haul, empty, and sanitize a minimum of two (2) food waste compactors per day, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM, outside the secure perimeter.

• On-Demand Exchanges: Provide additional compactor exchanges within 24 hours of notification from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to support institutional needs.

• Waste Handling: Assume sole ownership and liability for all enclosed food waste upon pickup. Dispose of waste legally and environmentally safely.

• Disposal Certification: Provide written documentation verifying chosen disposal/landfill facility meets regulatory requirements.

• Tonnage Documentation: Submit official weight tickets or equivalent documentation with each monthly invoice or within five business days of each disposal.

• Execute holiday adjustments on the following business day at no additional cost.

• Clean up and collect all waste within a ten (10) foot radius of compactors.

• Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize compactors before return.
