Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies Solicitation W9128F26QA009, originally dated 11 March 2026.

• Adds FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit (Tailored).

• A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, 18 March 2026, at 0800 AM Mountain Time (MT). Arrival is requested for 0745 AM MT.

• The site visit will take place at the Fort Peck Dam, Fort Peck Montana, Administration Building, 1 W. Kansas Avenue, Fort Peck, MT 59223.

• Offerors are urged to inspect the site to understand conditions affecting contract performance. Failure to inspect will not be grounds for a claim after award.

• Interested parties should send an email with their intent to attend the site visit to Dale Pugh (dale.e.pugh@usace.army.mil; 406-526-3750).

• All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personnel janitorial services for the Fort Peck Power Plants and associated water control structures.

• General janitorial services including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, washing, cleaning, disinfecting, trash collection, waste removal, replenishing supplies, and replacement of paper towel products, deodorizers, and soap.

• Specific services include snow removal from walkways, spreading deicer/sand, and non-recurring cleaning for water leaks, oil drips, and blown-in debris.

• Waste disposal in designated areas as indicated on drawings.

• Daily emptying and cleaning of cigarette butt cans.

• Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years.

• Place of Performance: Fort Peck Project, located in the northeast corner of Montana, 20 miles south of Glasgow, MT.

• Services must be performed in an efficient and workmanlike manner.
