Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, and transportation for the rental and servicing of portable latrines. Specific requirements include:
- 100 standard polyethylene non-flushing latrine units with holding tanks, separate urinals, and tissue dispensers.
- 12 handicapped accessible, ground-level, non-flushing latrine units with holding tanks and tissue dispensers.
- 16 hand-washing stations complete with soap, paper towel dispensers, and foot-pedal operation, each serving two people simultaneously.
- 1 VIP trailer with a flushing toilet, foot-pedal operated sink, mirror, interior light, bathroom tissue, paper towel, and soap dispensers. This unit must be self-sufficient with hold tanks and a generator, supporting an estimated 550 VIP guests.
- 16 free-standing, touch-free hand-sanitizing stations complete with sanitizer, each serving four people simultaneously.
Workdays are from Friday, July 3, 2026, through Sunday, July 5, 2026, with the event on July 4, 2026 (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM). Units must be placed by 08:00 AM on July 3rd and removed by 11:59 PM on July 5th. Daily servicing, including resupply and emptying tanks, is required.

Evaluation

Special Requirements & Notes
- The Service Contract Act applies, and a compliant wage schedule (WDOL 2015-5157 Rev. 29) must be reflected in quotes.
