Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotations must be structured into Volume I (Technical Quotation) and Volume II (Price Quotation), detailing technical compliance, manufacturer information, pricing per CLIN, and contact details. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration.
