Off-Ramping Procedures:

• Reasons for Off-Ramping: Poor performance (e.g., late performance, unsatisfactory CPARS ratings, unresponsiveness), failure to propose on at least 75% of task orders annually, or if a TBD awardee does not accept a modification.
