Scope of Work

Services must adhere to Roman Catholic Church guidelines, AMS Priests' Manual, Army Regulation 165-1, and Installation Chaplain Policies. The contractor is also responsible for recording sacraments, providing on-call coverage, advising the COR, and submitting monthly invoices and logs of work performed.
Key Requirements
Contractor personnel must be ordained Catholic Priests, confirmed, in good standing with the Catholic Church, and endorsed by the Archdiocese of Military Services (AMS). Proof of "Virtus" training is required for priests ministering to children. A resume, favorable background check, and proof of faculties are mandatory. Personnel must comply with AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC training. English proficiency at ILR Level 3 is required. The contractor must also comply with the "Minimum Requirements for the Pastoral Care of Catholic Personnel" published by the AMS.

- Period of Performance: One (1) Base Year (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) and four (4) 12-month option years, with a potential six-month extension. The total potential period extends through May 31, 2031.
