- Preventive Maintenance (PM): 100% scheduled PM on all installed equipment per manufacturer recommendations.
- Corrective and Demand Repairs: Responding to and completing Priority 3 (P3) Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) within 30 calendar days, with capacity for up to 200 repairs per month.
- Parts Procurement and Inventory Management: Sourcing, procuring, and maintaining necessary replacement parts.
- Equipment Transportation and Handling: Safely moving appliances between barracks and Government-designated warehouses.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintaining formal communication with the DPW Service Order Desk.
