Scope of Work

Technical Clarifications & Compliance
Fort Detrick will provide analysis for 503 metals, nutrients, PCBs, and percent solids; PFAS results are pending. Fort Detrick will also provide MDE utilization and discharge permits for Maryland. The sludge is not classified as Class A or B, and contractors are welcome to perform their own testing. The Service Contract Act Wage Determination (WD 2015-4269, Rev. 31) for Frederick and Montgomery Counties, MD, applies. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to award and adhere to Green Procurement and Biobased Procurement requirements.
