Scope of Work
This opportunity seeks to establish a reliable supply of FDA-approved, therapeutically equivalent Furosemide tablets. Key requirements include:
- Furosemide 20 MG Tablets (90 and 1000 count bottles)
- Furosemide 40 MG Tablets (90 and 1000 count bottles)
- Furosemide 80 MG Tablets (500 count bottle/box) Products must have a National Drug Code (NDC), be compatible with automated dispensing units, and feature child-proof closures for unit-of-use packaging. Bar code labeling (GS1-128 or HIBCC standards) with lot number and expiration date is mandatory. Compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and cGMP status for manufacturing facilities are also required.
Contract Details
- Type of Contract: Firm-fixed-price requirements contract.
- Period of Performance: One base year with four option years, not to exceed five years.
- Contract Price Effective Date: No more than 60 calendar days after award.
