Key features include windows with typhoon shutters, overhead and emergency lighting, adequate air conditioning, power receptacles, a fire extinguisher, and a 100 amp electrical service with a labeled central breaker panel. Units must be prewired for 110/220 volt electrical outlets and capable of accepting external commercial three-phase electrical power or a generator. The contractor is responsible for providing decks/steps, footings, delivery, setup, and cleanup of debris. All items must be delivered and ready for use within 15 days after contract award.

Submission & Evaluation

Price will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and balance, with award not necessarily going to the lowest price.
