Scope of Work
The requirement is for the lease of four (4) resilient Portable Office Space (POS) units, including associated equipment, mobilization, and demobilization services. Each POS unit must be a minimum of 2,280 square feet, providing at least seven office spaces capable of accommodating approximately 30 personnel. Key features include windows with typhoon shutters, overhead and emergency lighting, adequate air conditioning, power receptacles, a fire extinguisher, and a 100 amp electrical service with a labeled central breaker panel. Units must be prewired for 110/220 volt electrical outlets and capable of accepting external commercial three-phase electrical power or a generator. The contractor is responsible for providing decks/steps, footings, delivery, setup, and cleanup of debris. All items must be delivered and ready for use within 15 days after contract award.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email; mail or fax submissions will not be considered. Offers will be evaluated first for acceptability, then based on price, and finally awarded to the technically acceptable offer representing the best value to the Government. Technical acceptability requires meeting all specifications in Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Price will be evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and balance, with award not necessarily going to the lowest price.
