Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will be responsible for:
- Lodging: Sourcing and securing accommodations for approximately 170 people (with a 15% variance) for the night of May 28, 2026. Lodging must be within a 50-mile radius of Catlettsburg, KY, and within the state. A mix of room types (e.g., double/queen and king beds) is required. The unit has not pre-booked any lodging blocks.
- Refreshments: Providing all-day refreshment services on May 29, 2026 (0700-1500) for approximately 400 attendees and 25 children. This includes varied snacks, two beverage stations (coffee until 1200, water until 1500), and a separate children's snack station. One on-site attendant is required.

Evaluation

Additional Notes
The Boyd Convention Center is already booked by the unit, and A/V support is secured; the contractor is not responsible for these. Transportation between lodging and the event venue will not be required. Event POC information will be provided upon award for collaboration.
