• Quoters shall include their Unique Entity Identification (UEID) number, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(j).

• Prospective quoters are cautioned against discussing quote preparation or technical questions with Government technical personnel, as this may result in non-consideration of the quote.

  • Receipt of delivery is conditional for three days for examination and testing.
  • Items failing to meet specifications will be refused and must be picked up by the vendor within two weeks of noncompliance notification, or they will be disposed of at the vendor's expense.
