Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of the BOSS Maintenance Product Support Platinum Plan to support the Ground Tactical Data Link System (GTS). The government intends to award a sole source, single firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order to Curtiss Wright Defense Solutions.

• Purchase of the BOSS Maintenance Product Support Platinum Plan.

• The anticipated period of performance is as follows:

  • Base Year: 17 July 2026 – 16 July 2027
  • Option Year 1: 17 July 2027 – 16 July 2028
  • Option Year 2: 17 July 2028 – 16 July 2029

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)

• Period of Performance: Base Year plus two Option Years as detailed above.

• Quotations are due by 2:00 pm (Central Time) on 10 June 2026.

• Submit quotations electronically via email to Ms. Emily Gebke (emily.gebke@us.af.mil) and Ms. Amber Climaco (amber.climaco@us.af.mil).

• Late quotations will not be accepted.

• Questions and comments must be submitted by 12 PM CST on 8 June 2026.

• Evaluation Factors:

  • Factor 1: Technical (Proposal must meet all RFQ and attachment requirements).
  • Factor 2: Price (Completeness and reasonableness will be evaluated).

• This is a sole source negotiation with Curtiss Wright Defense Solutions.

• The RFQ is issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12 procedures.

• Two attachments are included: RFQ Information Sheet and Additional Provisions & Clauses.

• The contractor must ensure their System for Award Management (SAM) registration is current.

• This RFQ is not an authorization to begin performance.
