The selected contractor will provide comprehensive production support for three "Summer Heat" concert events, each spanning two Air Force bases:
- Summer Heat #1: July 18-25 at Fairchild AFB, WA, and Malmstrom AFB, MT.
- Summer Heat #2: August 15-22 at Buckley SFB, CO, and Ellsworth AFB, SD.
- Summer Heat #3: September 12-19 at JB MDL, NJ, and Dover AFB, DE.
Contractor responsibilities include advancing artists, identifying total production requirements, and providing all necessary technical equipment, personnel, and transportation for staging, audio, lighting, video, backline, and crowd control. AFE will provide specific equipment (e.g., roof, certain audio/video components) and additional items required by artist riders not supplied by the contractor.
Key Requirements
- Personnel: A minimum of sixteen (16) skilled staff, including a Production Manager, Stage Manager, Audio Technician, Video Director, Lighting Director, eight General Technicians, two Production Drivers, and one Stage/Roof Technician (Telehandler qualified). All personnel must pass base entry security requirements.
- Equipment: Provision of technical equipment as detailed in Part II of the Statement of Work, including specific stage dimensions, lighting configurations, and rigging plots with weight load capacities.
- Transportation: Contractor is responsible for all equipment and personnel transportation.
- Lodging & Meals: Host bases will provide lodging and four meals on performance days.
