The work must be completed within 126 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with five options potentially adding 144 days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for delays.
Contract Details
This is a Firm-fixed price contract with an estimated magnitude between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required within 5 calendar days after award. Work is to commence within 10 calendar days after acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed.
Submission & Eligibility
Bids must be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
