Purpose & Scope
This requirement is for the renewal of the FY26 ICONICS SupportWorX Premier Plan for NASA JSC. The plan covers all active ICONICS products, providing essential services such as:
- Telephone technical support from ICONICS Global Support and Services Centers.
- Free product upgrades for major new feature releases and service packs.
- Synchronized renewals for all licenses to expire on the same date.
- Free support for new licenses purchased after the first anniversary date.
- Invitations to official ICONICS Beta Programs.
- A 30% discount on Official ICONICS Training Classes.
- Access to the ICONICS Customer Connection Portal for product downloads, documentation, FAQs, support case initiation, and training content.
- One replacement key per year (for damaged hardware copy protection key or software SITE KEY), provided the plan is active. All licenses owned by the end-user must be included in the plan.
