Scope of Work

Services include cleaning exhaust fans, ductwork, filters, and drip containers. The contractor must be certified by an industry-standard organization (e.g., IKECA), with at least one certified technician on-site at all times. Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to the listed POCs. Submissions should be organized into three parts: Summary and Miscellaneous Data, Price Quote (using Attachment 1 - Price Exhibit), and Past Performance.
Award will be based on a best value determination, with Past Performance significantly more important than Price. Past performance will be evaluated on Recency (within the last three years, with at least six months of documented performance), Relevancy (similar scope, magnitude, and complexity, including NFPA 96 adherence and number of hoods), and Performance Quality. A confidence assessment will be assigned.
Important Notes
Funds are not presently available for this effort, and award is contingent upon fund availability. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. The Service Contract Act Wage Determination (WD 2015-5263 Rev 29) applies. Contractor personnel will require base access (SAFB Form 151) and must complete Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) training.
