• Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Any work outside these hours requires written request to the COR five (5) working days in advance.

• Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Contractors must wear required PPE as prescribed by industry standards. The contractor is responsible for providing all PPE.

• Submittals: Invoices to be sent to jmaffeo@bop.gov after each service. Deviations require a Change Order Request. The contractor must repair/replace any Government property damaged by their employees at no cost to the Government.
