FY26 - Morón AB CDDAR Equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure FY26 Morón AB CDDAR Equipment. The acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures.

• CLIN 0001: Fuselage Lifting System – Category II: Capable of pulling 66,000 lbs and minimum 40 meters long. Must include a full kit with attachments (six 25-ton D-rings, two 50-ton pull scales, four 32-ton D-rings). All gear must be safety rated for at least 3x the load capacity.

• CLIN 0002: De-Bogging Kit: Must be CAT II. Required to lift 20 tons on a single spreader beam or 40 tons for two spreader beams. All gear must be safety rated for at least 3x the load capacity.

• CLIN 0003: Shipping and Delivery: To Morón Air Base, Spain.

• This will be a firm-fixed price contract.

• Delivery Date: 01 August 2026.

• Delivery Terms: FOB Destination, Morón Air Base, Spain.

• All submitted quotes must remain valid for 180 days from the close of the RFQ.

• Response Date: 29 May 2026 at 08:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) / 14:00 hrs Central European Summer Time (CEST).

• Quotes must be submitted via email to Vida Mata (vida.mata@us.af.mil) and Ryan Hopkin (ryan.hopkin.@us.af.mil).

• Award will be based on price and offeror's ability to meet delivery and specification requirements.

• Evaluation factors include: Price, Past Performance, and Acceptability IAW Solicitation.

• The Government will evaluate quotes starting from the lowest priced offer until at least two proposals are found "acceptable" from a technical standpoint.

• NAICS Code: 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing.

• Set-Aside: Unrestricted.

• Vendors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.

• All quotes must include registered UEI, CAGE code, and Tax ID, and small business status.

• Funds are not presently available for this effort; no award will be made until funds are available.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.

• Only quotes in English will be accepted.

• Re-manufactured or grey market items will not be accepted. All items must include a manufacturer's warranty.

• Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than 08:00 AM EDT on 18 May 2026.
