FY26 SFS Lateral Filing System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial commodity, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Vertical Carousel. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333922 (Conveyor and Conveying Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 employees. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is 3990 (Miscellaneous Materials Handling Equipment).

• The solicitation requires a new Brand Name or Equal MEG 125-1311S VCM lateral filling system.

• The contractor shall furnish the system, test its operational status, and dispose of any debris/waste in accordance with Attachment 1 (Statement of Work).

• Period of Performance (PoP) is Calendar Days from Date of Award.

• The contract will be Firm Fixed Priced (FFP).

• FOB: Destination.

• Supplies will be inspected/accepted at Destination by the Government.

• Quotes are due by 24 June 2026, 10:00 AM PT.

• Electronic versions of all documents must be provided if mailed or hand-delivered.

• .zip files are not acceptable; emails over 10 MB will not be processed.

• The government intends to award without discussions.

• Evaluation factors include Price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).

• The government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced quote.

• Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the offer receipt date.

• This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.

• All prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

• A site visit will be conducted at Fairchild AFB on 16 June at 9 AM Pacific Time.

• Attendees must be registered by 15 June, 9 AM Pacific Time, by providing attendee names and contact information to SrA Yuying Wang and Kathleen Rauch.

• Only U.S. citizens are allowed access to the base for the site visit.

• Questions pertaining to this RFQ are due by 22 June 2026, 10:00 AM PT and should be emailed to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer.

• The government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To ensure efficient storage and handling of supplies, records, and materials by providing a new lateral filing system.

• Furnish a new lateral filing system.
