Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services for dry dock maintenance. Key tasks include hauling out the vessel, pressure washing, applying two new coats of black, ablative, copper-free antifouling paint, replacing zinc anodes, repairing fiberglass cracks and blisters, repainting the hull, cabin, and cabin overhead deck, upgrading interior below-deck lighting to LED, correcting failed paint coatings and repainting engine and tank compartments, checking and adjusting propeller shaft alignments, rebuilding the steering gear, and replacing deck fittings and stainless-steel exhaust piping components. Optional tasks include additional LED lighting upgrades and compartment repainting.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to vincent.e.daniels@usace.army.mil. Faxed quotations will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible quoter whose submission conforms to all requirements. All questions must be submitted by close of business two (2) days prior to the closing date.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. A highly recommended site visit was originally scheduled for May 7, 2026; however, Amendment 0001 corrected the site visit location. Offerors should consult Amendment 0001 for updated site visit details. This amendment also updated several Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations.
