Purpose & Scope
The primary objective is to provide technical services for sediment characterization to support maintenance dredging operations. The contractor will be responsible for:

- Sampling and characterizing sediments in proposed dredging areas as defined in the SAP.

- Entering data into the Environmental Information Management (EIM) database (CLIN 6).

Set-Aside & Eligibility
This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Laboratories must be accredited by the Washington State Department of Ecology, NELAP, or an equivalent approved by DMMP.
Evaluation & Award
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Quotes will be evaluated first for technical acceptability, then the lowest priced technically acceptable quote will be selected. Technical factors (Experience) and Past Performance are evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis.
Experience evaluation requires demonstration of:
