Space Requirements
The required space is for a Clinical Outpatient - Vet Center within a delineated area of Gainesville, FL (North: NW 23rd Ave, South: SW 24th Ave, East: FL-121, West: SW 122nd St).
- Size: Minimum 3,568 ABOA (4,282 RSF) to Maximum 4,311 ABOA (5,173 RSF).
- Term: Full Term: 20 years; Firm Term: 5 years.
- Parking: Minimum 30 spaces.
- Key Features: Fully serviced, clinically appropriate, secure, acoustically controlled environment for confidential counseling and group therapy. Must meet VA and GSA lease standards, provide enhanced privacy (STC-rated construction), robust telecommunications, controlled public access, and Facility Security Level (FSL) II systems (CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, duress alarms). Submission Requirements

Evaluation & Anticipated Timeline
