Solicitation

This solicitation is for community-based residential treatment and case management services for veterans with substance use disorders (SUD) in the New Orleans, LA area. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System (SLVHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide supportive housing for twenty-five (25) veterans.

• Provide residential treatment and case management for 25 veterans.

• Maintain a therapeutic community within a single facility.

• Offer an alcohol and drug-free environment.

• Provide a supervisor, and ensure an active affiliation with a 12 Step Program.

• Oversee personal hygiene, medication monitoring, and other services normally provided without extra charge.

• The contractor will NOT provide detoxification or hospital-level treatment.

• Contractor must be a State Licensed Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering a 12-step modality recovery program.

• Facility must meet all applicable fire, safety, and sanitation standards, and be licensed by state or local authority.

• Staff must be state board licensed in Social Work or Addiction Therapy.

• Contract Type: Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity.

• Period of Performance: April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031 (5 years).

• Option to extend services for up to 6 months.
