Quick Summary

The Department of the Treasury, TREASURY OPERATIONS, is soliciting proposals for G20 Event Production Services through an unrestricted Request for Proposals (RFP). This opportunity seeks comprehensive event production support for two key G20 meetings during the U.S. Treasury's Presidency from December 2025 through December 2026. Proposals are due by April 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.

Scope of Work

The contractor will provide full event production services for:

  • Finance and Central Bank Deputies Meeting: May 14-15, 2026, at the Omni Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting: August 29 - September 1, 2026, at the Omni Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC.

Services include audio/visual equipment, décor, labor (Technical Managers, Show Callers, Audio Technicians), specialized room setups (e.g., viewing/listening, mother's, prayer, first aid), internet connectivity, custom backdrops, and simultaneous interpretation booth sourcing. The contractor is responsible for site cleanup and returning venues to original condition.
