• Specific Maintenance: Maintaining grass height (5-8 cm), edging sidewalks/driveways/curbs, pruning trees/shrubs/hedges/bushes/vines/ground cover/flowers.
• Cleaning & Debris Removal: Leaf removal (monthly, daily Nov-Mar), general debris removal from maintained areas, sweeping hard surfaces (sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, service yards, curbs), cleaning poolside/recreational areas and basketball courts.
• Horticultural Support: Watering lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees to a depth of 7 cm; fertilizing and liming soil for plant health; implementing pest and disease control programs.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price
• Period of Performance: A 12-month base period with four (4) one-year options to renew.
• Payment: Payments will be made in local currency, though U.S. firms are eligible to be paid in U.S. dollars.
