Scope of Work

- Repairing suspected leaks and low refrigerant issues on the first-floor system.
- Addressing leaking elbows and couplings on the second-floor system.
- Re-brazing all fittings and refrigerant lines (no compression/crimped fittings).
- Recharging the entire HVAC system with R410A refrigerant (estimated not to exceed 75-lbs).
- Inspecting and verifying the entire system is working properly post-repair through pressure and vacuum testing.
- Reinstalling or installing new, properly sized insulation for all piping and fittings.
- Ensuring all work is performed according to code and manufacturer guidelines.
- Providing all manufacturers' specifications, manuals, and a five (5) year warranty for provided materials and completed repairs.
